The Project Lifecycle allows us to cultivate a collaborative relationship with our clients. Each phase of The Project Lifecycle results in a deliverable for review, feedback and ultimate approval. Only then do we proceed to the next phase.
Phase 1: Plan
The first phase of the The Project Lifecycle is a period for research and discovery to establish your objectives. An accurate and detailed project plan that includes objectives, the proposed solution, timeline and cost estimate is presented at the end of this phase.
Phase 2: Design
Design mockups are created and a prototype is built based on the information gathered and agreed upon in Phase 1. Static design mockups composed by the designer, including page layouts, design components, icons and more, are presented for review, feedback, and final approval. Once approved, the static designs are developed into a prototype that allows you to interact with the website or system prior to implementation.
Phase 3: Build
After the prototype is approved, developers and programmers begin implementation. This is where things really start to take shape. Features and functionality outlined in the project plan are built into an elegant content management system. At the end of this phase, a fully-functional staging site is delivered.
Phase 4: Launch
Prior to taking the project live, an experienced trainer provides documentation and instruction on loading content and managing the system. Once content loading is complete, the system is reviewed, and final approval is given for launch.
Phase 5: Support
COMAND Solutions is committed to providing quality support post-launch. Individual and group training tailored to skill-level and goals enables you to take better advantage of system features. Our dedicated system administrators monitor your hosted system 24/7 to ensure you're always online and backed-up. Monthly technical support is included in our service agreements to provide on-going assistance for your day-to-day needs.
