Web Interface
mailCOMAND features an elegant,
stand-alone web interface. It also functions as an alternative interface when users do not have access to their preferred software applications or mobile devices.
- Fully-functional. Web interface is intuitively designed and features familiar user interface functionality. Create custom folders, drag-and-drop emails, search, print and more.
- Browser supported. Supports all popular web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari, as well as many alternative browsers and mobile devices.

Email
mailCOMAND helps users create, simplify and organize their email.
- Text and HTML messages. Compose plain-text or HTML messages with bold, italics, bullets, images and other formatting.
- Spell-check. Check spelling during email composition or just before sending.
- Email aliases. Send and receive email using virtual email addresses (such as info@ or support@).
- Group addresses. Use a single address to email multiple internal mailboxes.
- Catch-all. Direct email sent to an invalid address to a valid one.
- Shared folders. Share public and private email folders with multiple users through group mailboxes and sharing privileges.

mailCOMAND helps you maintain and manage your contacts.
- Contacts at your fingertip. View, update, search and print contact information that is fully integrated with your email.
- Contact folders. Allow you to organize individual contacts into groups.
- Shared contacts. Share contacts with colleagues through shared folders.
- Distribution lists. Manage lists of commonly emailed contacts to send group emails.
- "Whitelist". "Whitelist" contacts to ensure desirable email is not marked as spam.

Settings

- General. Configure the interface language, email checking frequency, number of messages to display per page, date/time formats and your time zone.
- Mail. Configure the message preview pane, default "from" and "reply-to" addresses, organization name, signature, image display settings and more.
- Mail composing. Set the default message format, reply options, spell-check dictionary and contact auto-complete folder.
- Spam protection and "whitelists". Move spam to a junk email folder while ensuring desirable mail delivery.
