webCOMAND 2.13 Released

Version 2.13 includes the following updates:

• Add: #LOCAL template command.
• Add: #APPEND, #ASSIGN, #NEW now accept template commands for the variable name parameter.  For example, you can now write #ASSIGN(#REF($Identifier),#GET('Identifier')).
