The Midnight Forum, a free youth program based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area,
attempts to teach values and skills through Hip-Hop. With guidance from peers, staff and guest trainers, participants use their Hip-Hop lessons to develop and
produce creative small group projects.
The Midnight Forum needed to overhaul its website, originally created by volunteers, in order to raise awareness about the organization and showcase its students' work. Events and
class schedules needed to be posted each semester to keep participants and volunteers informed. Volunteers needed email accounts to help them communicate internally as well as with related organizations.
COMAND Solutions migrated the existing website into webCOMAND and made it easy for volunteers to add schedules, photos, music, events and newsletters. Shared email accounts were set up to allow board members and volunteers to communicate using email addresses with their own domain name for a more professional look.
