The Center for Reproductive Health Research and Policy at the University of California, San Francisco promotes reproductive health, family planning and the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, worldwide through research and policy analysis.

Challenge

CRHRP needed better access to, and organization of, internal records, including thousands of financial awards, contacts, internal contacts and human resources.  They also needed a dynamic website to publicize their grants, awards and department news.

Solution

COMAND Solutions created an intranet to help CRHRP manage their records.  The intranet back-end provides a place for CRHRP to easily add, edit, import and associate the information, while the intranet front-end provides the information in interactive formats and reports accessible to the entire department.  CRHRP's website promotes department research, events, and ways to get involved with up-to-date information about the department including publications, news and job listings.
